What is it like for a black woman to exist in this world?

On September 7th, the first Dutch screening of the documentary Black Girl Church will take place at OSCAM organized by Entitled x Meer dan Modemeisje. Black Girl Church started off as a love letter to black girls, one of our safe spaces and the creativity that comes out of a place that is all our own.

The film has already been named as a must see by Teen Vogue magazine and promises to open new dialogues within the Dutch landscape. The event is also an interesting gathering for anyone who would like to create a better understanding of the divers world of black beauty or is an advocate for new stories within the fashion and beauty industry.

There will be a Q&A with the director of the film, a panel talk with creative professionals, an art expo with Coco Olakunle and sassy Black Girl Church nail art by Korocici!
