As you might know Cultureel Zuidoost is a new collective of art and cultural institutions near the Amsterdamse Poort, initiated by OSCAM in May 2020. This past year, the initiative has grown a lot!

It now consists of Open Ateliers Zuidoost, De Kazerne, Heesterveld Creative Community, Kwaku Summer Festival, Untold, Vinger.nl, Prospect Eleven, The New Amsterdam, Bijlmer Bios, Bijlmer Parktheater, CKB Zuidoost, OBA, Foundation, Imagine IC, New Metropolis Zuidoost, Amsterdam Roots and OSCAM.

On Friday December 17, we presented the document Cultureel Zuidoost – Stadskern van Amsterdam to the municipality of Amsterdam. You can read it here.

Hopefully, more organizations will join soon – together we create Southeast!
